Ragheed Fawzi Al-Hajjar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Lebanese University – First Branch (1987). He was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association as a trainee lawyer in 1988 and later moved to the general list of lawyers in 1991, where he continues to be a member. With more than three decades of experience, Ragheed has built a diverse career in both public and private law, contributing to his comprehensive expertise in the legal field.
Since 1988, Ragheed has practiced in Lebanon across various legal domains, gaining substantial experience as both a lawyer and legal consultant. He is the owner of a law firm in Lebanon and has served as a Legal Consultant in the UAE, beginning with Abdulsamad Al-Qurashi Group from 2011 until the end of 2020. He then worked with EQ Real Estate Development LLC from 2020 to August 2024. Currently, he serves as a Legal Consultant for Amer Al Marzooqi Advocates and Legal Consultants LLC, where he continues to make significant contributions.
Ragheed has extensive experience in preparing and reviewing contracts in administrative, commercial, and real estate matters, both locally and internationally. He specializes in drafting legal studies, preparing lawsuits and appeals, and formulating legal reports. He also provides strategic insights on how to handle legal matters, including responding to cases effectively.
His expertise extends to local and international arbitration, where he has acted as both an arbitrator and a representative of parties in arbitration cases. Ragheed has also been involved in the coordination and collaboration of legal advisory teams and legal assistants at Amer Al Marzooqi Advocates and Legal Consultants LLC.
Ragheed holds a Certificate in Accounting from Al-Dar Auditing and Accounting in Lebanon – part of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group. He has also served as an In-House Legal Consultant for the companies he worked with, collaborating with law firms to supervise litigation and arbitration cases at Dubai International Arbitration Centre and Dubai International Financial Centre, providing legal studies, briefs, and memoranda.
